I’m Melike
Nice to meet you
I’m a Product Designer at Shopify, adjunct professor at SVA, maker of things big and small, and most importantly, a joy to be around. Before I ultimately planted myself in Brooklyn, New York, I spent my childhood in a small Turkish town by the sea, called Fethiye.
Since then I’ve built a career designing products people love to click, tap, share, and come back to. Most recently, that looked like designing and shipping Instants for Instagram, against all odds.
These days I’m most excited about where design and technology come together to spark more playful, memorable experiences. I love working with teams who share that curiosity and push ideas further than any one of us could alone.
