I’ve designed books, games, apps, interiors, campaigns, and even brand guidelines. Here are some *old* highlights that speak to my strengths.
I have a knack for turning complex subject matter into easily relatable situations and stories. For Hitachi, an electronics and software company, not only was I able to make their impressive technology easy to digest, but also dramatize the simplicity of what they do with scroll based illustrative stories.
For Samsung WHILE @ R/GA I built many micro sites and communication materials to showcase a broad range of curated collections that went beyond just showing features and tell stories on how Samsung can sync with people’s lives and passions.
When Verizon tasked us WHILE @ AKQA with a re-brand in 2015, I was part of a three-person team that overhauled 2,000+ non-responsive web pages to create new assets and restructure content, all while making sure they got an accessible and modern digital styleguide to go with it. All in all, I was there to champion less copy, more space, clear hierarchy, and obvious calls to actions.
IN 2017 I was part of a small product team at SYPartners that created a leadership development program called Leadfully, a digital learning system created based on the knowledge from 20+ years of SYP leadership capabilities. It aimed at enabling behavior change through 1:1 advising and guided practical application such as, advice, insights, reminders, or action items.
In my short time designing for retail experiences and physical spaces, I worked on Verizon Destination Stores designing experiences for an engaging store visit. It involved digital screens where people could compare multiple devices at a glance, gesture-based walls that sync with your phone where you could play, and other personalized paths to product discovery.
During my time at Digitas, American Express was my primary client, and I had the chance to work on Small Business Saturday. I designed digital tools that empowered small business owners, from generating personalized ads for local shops to creating campaigns that boosted neighborhood awareness. We also brought the movement to life through lots of community events and activations.
